Applicants should also have the ability and interest to distill actionable results to support public diplomacy practitioners in reaching the right audiences with the right messages and programs (including research design, project management, technical support, field research as appropriate, data analysis, and report writing). A BA is required; an MA/MSc or higher is preferred. Experience should reflect training in qualitative or quantitative research methods. Top Secret clearance required.
