Lara is an eclectic and vibrant designer who brings intense passion to every project she pursues. Understanding the need for more purposeful and relatable design, Lara has shown a particular interest in projects aimed toward the greater good. Prior to committing to her entrepreneurial journey, Lara’s career ranged from Senior Web Designer at Lane Bryant to Senior Graphic Designer at PNM, a boutique agency specializing in political strategy and design. Lara takes a sincere approach when using her experience as an Arab-American to encourage the support of stronger communities by organizing fundraisers for art programs, joining the Creative Babes’ board and advocating for a more inclusive world.
Alfredo A. Weeks VI, Partner & Creative Strategist
Alfredo is a creative strategist with a strong background in building projects from the ground up. He believes culture is at the core of creative strategy in order to embrace the big picture in every project. Committed to his entrepreneurial spirit, Alfredo has achieved particular milestones in his career from fine arts, graphic design and copywriting. He has collaborated with industry professionals to bring social justice and creative visions to life. Today, Alfredo chooses to pay it forward through spreading his raw industry knowledge as a mentor, public speaker and Adjunct Professor at The Columbus College of Art & Design.
