ABOUT THE NIGERIA CHAPTER

The WCAPS Nigeria Chapter aims to promote the vision and mission of WCAPS by enhancing visibility for its campaign for peace, security, and conflict transformation. The chapter will also address local issues around peace, security, and conflict in the Nigerian context such as gender-based violence, women vulnerabilities in the face of insurgency and kidnapping and overall issues that affect the peace, security and well-being of Nigerian women and women globally.

MISSION

Our mission is to nurture, support and promote the excellence of women in peace, security, and right protection in Nigeria, forming a unique voice and network for members, in a bid to chart innovative and strategic engagements that will ensure peace and security for women in Nigeria and women globally.

VISION

To advance the leadership and professional development of women in Nigeria in the fields of local and international peace, security, right protection, and conflict transformation.
