WCAPS’ Programs & Initiatives serve as the organization’s dynamic platform for addressing pressing global issues, systemic inequities, and the evolving interests of our members. These initiatives, created and driven by WCAPS staff and members, extend beyond the organization to engage external partners and broader audiences.

Through collaboration, dedication, and a shared commitment to our mission, the WCAPS Chapters strive to bridge connections and build relationships that transcend borders. Together, we work to uphold the values of WCAPS and build a community centering women of color that uplifts, supports and makes a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals worldwide.

WCAPS Working Groups serve as issue-matter experts, executing advocacy efforts on a global scale to effectively further our mission. Employing a policy and advocacy framework, Working Groups aim to dismantle biases and cultivate a safe and secure future for women. Working Groups engage in critical dialogue, conduct research, cultivate strategic partnerships, and design advocacy strategies aimed at addressing global challenges.
