Ileana Valle

Ileana Valle works at The Creative Associates International as a Program Manager. She is responsible for the program management of the Communities in Transition Division, with a primary focus on Citizen Security and Rule of Law projects, to include Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) development projects in Central America. She is also the lead for logistical, programmatic, administrative, financial, and technical support for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Crime and Violence Prevention Project (39M), to include project reporting and qualitative and quantitative analysis of output and outcomes, that have led to improved operations in the field offices in El Salvador. In addition to being on the Advisory Council of WCAPS, she is the Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for Latinas Leading Tomorrow. Ileana received her Master of Arts from Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) with a concentration in Latin American Studies (International Development Track) and International Economics, Portuguese (language).
