Part one will be an introduction of the 3D's, their respective missions, functions, and future operating outlooks. This session will also share how the three entities (Department of State, United States Agency for International Development, and Department of Defense) would respond to similar crisis scenarios. This discussion may briefly touch on how the 3Ds coexist and work together but that will be explored in more depth during the second session of this three-part series.
