Mission
We aim to educate and recruit the next generation of women of color in international diplomacy and global advocacy. Informing stakeholders and the public about the intersections of diplomacy and diversity in order to position women of color to lead the sectors of international diplomacy and global advocacy through mentorship, programing and publication.
Purpose
Amplify the interests and elevate the position of women of color advancing peace, security and conflict transformation through global activism, engagement and diplomacy.
Change the global community landscape through mentorships and partnerships
Goals
Educate the next generation of women of color in GAD
Inform the public about novel topics intersecting diplomacy and diversity.
Lead the field as thought leaders and managers.
